Cold Forging​

Cold forging operations form the foundation of our manufacturing process. Using advanced multi-station cold forming machines, raw materials are shaped into high-strength precision components with superior structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and material efficiency.

Thread Rolling

Thread rolling processes are carried out using precision-controlled machinery to achieve accurate thread profiles, improved surface finish, and enhanced fatigue strength. This process ensures consistent fastening performance across critical automotive and industrial applications.

Machining

Machining operations are performed to achieve precise tolerances and application-specific dimensions. Equipped with CNCs, Traubs, milling, and grinding machines, our machining infrastructure supports the production of complex and high-precision engineered components.

Heat Treatment

In-house heat treatment operations are conducted through SCADA-controlled continuous mesh belt furnaces to enhance hardness, strength, and durability. Automated process monitoring ensures consistent metallurgical properties and controlled treatment conditions across production batches.

Surface Treatment

Surface treatment processes are designed to improve corrosion resistance, durability, and overall product performance. Automated barrel-type treatment lines and controlled coating systems enable consistent finishing across a wide range of customer and application requirements.

Inspection & Quality Control
